Shipping & Processing Policy

At Jory's Hands, many of our products are made or customized specifically for your order. Please allow time for both order processing/production and shipping.

Processing & Production Time
Standard orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Custom, personalized, large-quantity, or specialty orders may require additional production time.

During holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Estimated Shipping Time — After Production

United States: Approximately 2–5 business days
Canada: Approximately 10–30 business days
International: Approximately 10–30 business days

Shipping estimates begin after your order has been completed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Custom & Large Orders
If your order requires extensive personalization, special materials, or a large quantity of garments, we will communicate with you if additional production time is required.
